Advisor (acting) | Sexual Harassment Office
Maxine Paul joined the Sexual Harassment Office as the associate sexual harassment advisor in January 2022. She obtained both her bachelor and master of social work at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Throughout her career, Ms. Paul practiced in various regions and programs in Newfoundland and Labrador and she worked in British Columbia as a mental health therapist. Ms. Paul has extensive clinical counselling experience through her work with Eastern Health in the trauma and addictions treatment programs and as a private practitioner. Ms. Paul has been a social work educator, having taught in the BSW program at the School of Social Work with Memorial since 2012, and she has over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering educational programs.

Coordinator (Grenfell) | Sexual Harassment Office
Tracy Kreuzburg accepted the position of sexual harassment coordinator, Grenfell Campus in Fall 2021. Ms.Kreuzburg completed a bachelor of social work degree at McGill University, graduate courses in social work at Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society of McGill University. She has over 15 years of clinical experience and has spent almost 25 years of her career working in a variety of service areas, including mental health and addiction services, victim services and community-based employment services.
Administrative Coordinator | Sexual Harassment Office
Administrative Coordinator (on leave) | Sexual Harassment Office
Sandra Wells joined the Sexual Harassment Office as the administrative coordinator in November 2019 and brought more than 30 years of administrative experience to the position. Ms. Wells began her public service career in 2002 with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador Parks and Natural Areas Division. In October 2005, she joined the Department of Human Resources, Immigration Unit as senior administrative support for the Executive Director of Immigration with a unit mandate to create a new Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism and develop the province’s first Immigration Action Plan. Ms. Wells worked as the department coordinator with Immigration for 14 years before joining Memorial.
