2026–27 Faculty of Nursing Academic Series
The Faculty of Nursing Academic Series brings together faculty members, researchers, graduate students and the broader nursing and health-care community to share new knowledge, exchange ideas and explore questions shaping nursing and health care.
As Memorial University’s Faculty of Nursing celebrates 60 years of excellence in nursing education, the 2026–27 Academic Series highlights the Faculty’s growing research and scholarship across nursing education, practice, policy and health systems.
Join us throughout the year to explore new perspectives on patient well-being, virtual nursing practice, internationally educated nurses, research methods, culturally responsive nursing education, clinical deterioration and more.
All seminars begin at noon Newfoundland Daylight Time (NDT) and are available online via Webex. The Nov. 20 seminar will also be offered in a hybrid format, with an in-person component in Room 2956.
