What time should I arrive at the Arts and Culture Centre?

Graduates and their guests should arrive one hour prior to the ceremony.

What entrance to the Arts and Culture Centre should be used?

Guests are required to enter via the main theatre doors. Graduates must enter the Arts and Culture Centre from the Graduate Entrance. Guests will need to present tickets for admission to the theatre.

Where can I park to attend Convocation?

If all the parking spaces at the Arts and Culture Centre are full. Please respect blue zones, fire lanes and no parking areas. 

Will Convocation be live-streamed for guests who cannot attend in person?

The Convocation ceremonies will be live-streamed so family and friends may view the ceremonies from the comfort of their home. Fifteen minutes prior to the start of each ceremony, a livestream link will be available on the Memorial home page.
