The Writing Centre offers free writing support for all registered Memorial undergraduate and graduate students. The Writing Centre's tutors can help students from any discipline with any stage of the writing process, including brainstorming, revisions, style, and more.

The Chemistry Help Center is on the second level of the Core Science Facility. The staff provides one-on-one assistance with labs as well as theory and problems related to your chemistry course. Study desks are provided; however, due to space limitations, use is restricted to the study of Chemistry. Visit their website for more information and the semester schedule.

The Computer Science Help Centre provides support for first- and second-year lab-based courses (COMP 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1600, 2001, 2002, and 2003 only). Visit their website for more information and the help centre's semester schedule.

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences’ Digital Learning Centre (DLC) is located in SN-4030 and is equipped with 40 Intel-based computers loaded with specialized software and audio-visual resources useful for learning/mastering languages, as well as applications for other HSS disciplines. The newly refurbished DLC offers HSS students:
- A quiet, technology-rich learning space for students in all HSS disciplines to complete assignments, group projects and individual study.
- Free conversation classes for students enrolled in introductory French, German, Russian and Spanish courses. Those include online sessions.
- A place to attend online classes.
- If you want or need formal certification of your French skills, you can take the DELF test in the DLC.
Student staff are on hand during all opening hours and can assist you with any questions you have. All you need to log in is a LabNet account. Visit the Digital Learning Centre website for more information and schedules.

The Economics Help Centre provides support for students taking introductory Economics courses. The help centre provides resources for economics students and offers one-on-one tutoring sessions for students in ECON 1010 and 1020; scheduling information can be found on the Economics Help Centre website.

The Cahill Engineering One Student Success Centre provides student supports related to academic coursework in first-year Engineering courses (ENGI 1010, 1020, 1030, and 1040; MATH 1000, 1001, and 2050; PHYS 1050 and 1051; and CHEM 1050). The Engineering One Student Success Centre is located in EN-3076 and focuses on providing additional instruction, tutorials, and one-on-one tutoring on course material for students. The French & Spanish Help Centres provide peer tutoring for individuals taking introductory French and Spanish courses. Help Centre hours for the semester are posted on the door of the Help Centre (SN 4049) and further information can be found by contacting the department at french@mun.ca.

The Math Help Centre provides math teaching assistants to answer questions for students enrolled in the following courses: MATH 1090, 1050, 1051, 1000, 1005, 1001, 2000, and 2050. In-person services are available in two course-specific locations, and online services and video tutorial resources are accessible in Brightspace under the MATH Help Centre course site.

Embark is a student success centre within the Faculty of Business Administration. It leverages existing programs, expertise, resources and partnerships at Memorial, and offers exclusive services for business students and alumni up to one year after convocation. Embark’s objective is to support business students and recent grads on their journey through university to the working world, focusing on:
- helping students achieve personal and professional goals through services that develop skills to smoothly transition from school to work; and
- working with employers to connect them with our students and recent graduates.
