Karan A. Bhatia

I am currently Master's student at Memorial University of Newfoundland. I am working under supervision of Dr. Faisal Khan. I am part of prestigious Queen Elizabeth II diamond jubilee Scholarship program.
I am starting my work in the field of Safety and Integrity modeling of thermal systems.
My bachelor's was in Mechanical Engineer from one of the reputed institute in India - Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar. I worked as a GET (PNG Incharge) after completing my bachelor's at Sabarmati Gas Ltd., Gandhinagar, India (A joint Venture of GSPC and BPCL).

Research interest

Safety and Integrity modelling, Thermal processes, Power plants, HVAC.
