Seeking volunteers for City of St. John’s, Ambassador Program
Do you love our vibrant city?
Are you comfortable spending time outside in historic downtown St. John’s?
Do you enjoy sharing information with others?
The City of St. John’s is looking for energetic and passionate individuals who would like to be a part of the City’s Ambassador Program!
Duties:
- Greeting and creating a positive atmosphere for cruise ship passengers
- Answering general questions as needed by tourists visiting our city
- Providing assistance with directions and various local landmarks
Requirements:
- RNC Code of Conduct
- Great Communication Skills
- Possess significant knowledge of St. John’s and surrounding area
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work independently in a professional manner
- Able to participate in mandatory training
- Able to volunteer on weekdays and early mornings.
