Thrive Week 2025

Join the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre and Employee Wellness from Human Resources for a week full of events to promote well-being across the St. John’s campus!
The purpose of Thrive week is to offer both in-person and virtual events that encourage Memorial students, faculty and staff to prioritize self-care, alleviate stress, and discover new skills and resources that support mental health and overall well-being.
There will be coffee, tea, water and granola bars (original, gluten free and nut free) available at Thrive Week presentations. All events are free of charge, but please register to secure your spot.
