Mindful Mondays

Mindful Mondays is a weekly drop-in program for students offered by the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre.

Every Monday, 12 – 1 p.m., join us in UC-5012 for meditation, journaling, planting, arts and crafts, and more.

Mindful Mondays will run weekly from Sept. 29 - Dec. 1.
