This website covers many university-related health issues including fitness, mental health, drug use, alcohol use, sexual health, and more.

Centre for Clinical Interventions

Topics include anxiety, assertiveness, bipolar, body dysmorphia, depression, disordered eating, health anxiety, panic, perfectionism, procrastination, self-compassion, self-esteem, sleep, social anxiety, tolerating distress, worry and ruminations.

Wellness Together Canada (WTC)

Launched by the Government of Canada, this portal was created to help address the unprecedented rise in feelings of stress, anxiety and depression in Canada due to COVID-19. It offers access to free and confidential online mental health and substance use supports, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in both official languages.

NOTE: Effective April 3, 2024, Wellness Together Canada and the PocketWell app will no longer be available. All resources and services will remain accessible until that date.
