Weekly Challenges: Throughout the week, there will be three continuous challenges. Submit once a day for each challenge.

  • Name your emotions. As part of CMHA’s #GetReal about how you feel. Reflect upon your day and let us know what emotions you experienced!
  • Self-love journal. Write down one thing you love about yourself each day and submit it. By the end of the week, you will have started a self-love journal!
