Bridge the gApp is an online resource designed to support mental health and wellness. The website has a wide range of supports and tools available, including a regional service directory, links to local services, self-help resources and more.

The Student Life website has a list of food supports and resources for the holiday season, including information about food bank hours, complimentary meals and more.
