Sexual Harassment Office

Ryerson University launched a project called Consent Comes First to encourage conversations about sexual violence at their university.  One of the resources developed within this project was a coloring book entitled We Believe You. Art can be very therapeutic in its own way, and sometimes people find it easier to begin colouring than to begin journaling. Check it out, and if you think it might be helpful, give it a try!
