Bringing In The Bystander Education Sessions

Bystander intervention is a pan-university priority and an important component of the Sexual Harassment Office's comprehensive sexual violence prevention strategy.  As such, the Sexual Harassment Office will be hosting Bringing in the BystanderTM Intervention Education sessions to individuals throughout the university community during the month of February, in recognition of Violence Prevention month.

Sessions hosted on the St. John's Campus are as follows:

- Feb 8, 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Room ER-4002 (Earth Sciences Bldg)

- Feb 21, 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., Room ED-5013 (Education Bldg)

- Feb 28, 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Room ED-4002 (Earth Sciences Bldg)

Facilitators trained in the Bringing in the BystanderTM Intervention Training program on the Marine Institute and Grenfell Campuses will be hosting sessions in the coming weeks and the details will be posted on the Sexual Harassment Office website.
