Reminder: Personal protective equipment (PPE) collection
As a reminder, Memorial continues to identify and collect personal protective equipment (PPE) which may be held by units throughout the university.
If you get requests from external groups looking for donations of PPE please direct the requests to Deanne Piercey, deanne.piercey@mun.ca, as we will be managing these requests centrally.
The university-wide collection was set up to allow us to respond to potential requests from the provincial or federal governments while ensuring that Memorial has PPE to address its own ongoing critical needs. If you have already responded to this process, thank you. If you have PPE, please email opencalls@mun.ca to arrange to drop off these items.
PPE may include gloves, masks and, in particular, disposable medical gowns. If you have any questions, please send an email to opencalls@mun.ca.
