We're close to the finish line! The Office of the Vice-Provost, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism (EDI-AR) invites everyone from all Memorial campuses to participate in final virtual consultation session on Wednesday, June 7.

An image with a white background, with pink, purple, and yellow blobs. In the centre of the image is an illustration of a laptop with a Zoom-like meeting on the screen. Black text at the top reads 'Open Session' and 'Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism.' Smaller text at the bottom indicates the meeting is open to all of Memorial and will be held Wed. June 7 from 12:15-1:15 p.m.

This virtual session will be held via Webex on Wednesday, June 7 from 12:15-1:15 p.m. We will be discussing four questions during the consultation:

  • With regards to EDI-AR, what is Memorial University currently doing well?
  • At the current time, with respect to EDI-AR, what are some areas for improvement?
  • Looking forward 5-10 years from now, what should/could EDI-AR at Memorial “look like”?
  • Thinking about the kinds of things you would like to see in 5-10 years, what activities/actions do you suggest we undertake to get there?

Registration is not required for the session. Please note the session will be confidential – names are not recorded and participants will only be referred to by generic identifiers (staff, faculty, student, alumni, etc.) in follow-up documents.

Questions? Please contact Cherry Ralhan-Khanna. We're excited to hear from you!
