Server Intervention Training

The Server Intervention Training (Alcohol Server Program) is a responsible service training program available to all students, staff, and faculty who serve alcoholic beverages during social events at Memorial University.

The training is offered through Brightspace (online.mun.ca). To be successful, you must review all the course material, review the alcohol policy and procedures, and complete the final quiz with a score of at least 80%. Once you have completed the training and received at least an 80% on the final quiz, you will be issued a SIT card. Your card will expire in 2 years and must be worn during your alcohol-related event.

After successfully completing the training and final quiz, please email David Edison at dedison@mun.ca who will arrange for your SIT card to be printed. Wait for an email confirming that it is ready for pick up. Cards will be available to be picked up at the Bookstore (second floor, University Centre).
