The Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre on Signal Hill Campus offers more than 10, 000 square feet of divisible, multi-purpose convening space over two floors that overlook the City of St John's. Once a hotel steeped in stories and tradition, the now beautifully revamped space, carries those traditions forward in a modern, functional way and as a result, is still a trusted meeting space for people from all over the world.
The Conference Centre is dedicated to supporting the activities of Memorial researchers, staff, students and alumni, not only by providing physical space for meetings, symposia or conferences, but as an active connector to the expertise and resources at Memorial University.
Guided by our vision and Memorial’s special obligation to the people of Newfoundland and Labrador, our team works as brokers to further connect academic research and expertise with stakeholders from government, industry and the private sector.
