You can register for or audit one credit course at the university during each semester that you are employed as a per course instructor. Financial assistance is limited to the cost of tuition fees for one three-hour university course as set by the Office of the Registrar, St. John’s campus. This provision can be used to reduce program fees for graduate students registered at the university.
Per course instructors hired in accordance with clause 13.08(c) are not eligible for this benefit.
To avail of this benefit submit a complete an Application for Financial Assistance for Memorial University Credit
Complete and return the completed form to Learning & Development, Department of Human Resources, 4th Floor Arts & Administration Building or email email@example.com
Approval for all financial assistance for credit courses must be obtained prior to the semester for which assistance is requested. The university has no obligation to pay for courses which have not received prior approval.
