For those attending Memorial University’s convocation ceremonies in St. John’s tomorrow Oct. 17, please be advised there is road construction on-going on Allandale Road near Elizabeth Avenue in front of the Arts and Culture Centre. Graduates and guests are encouraged to plan for potential travel delays in the area.
