On Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, Memorial University of Newfoundland will celebrate the closing of havin’ a time: Reunion 2012, and will announce an update on the progress of Dare To: The Campaign for Memorial University, the university’s $50 million private sector fundraising campaign.
Dr. Gary Kachanoski, Memorial’s president and vice-chancellor, General Rick Hillier (Ret’d), chancellor and campaign chair, and Gary Peddle, Reunion 2012 chair, will be on hand with special guests, alumni, senior university officials, faculty and donors to mark this occasion.

Main Dining Hall, R. Gushue Hall, Irwin’s Road
Media representatives are invited to attend. Speeches to begin at 3:30 p.m. with a reception to follow.
