DATE: September 28, 2010

More than 120 exhibitors representing employers, organizations, government agencies and post-secondary institutions from across the country will be on Memorial University’s St. John’s campus on Wednesday, Sept. 29, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. for the 11th annual Career and Graduate School Fair.
The fair is open to current Memorial students and alumni looking to network with potential employers, search for career direction or who are thinking about furthering their education.
The fair is co-ordinated by Memorial’s Career Development and Experiential Learning office.
“The career fair is a wonderful opportunity for Memorial’s talented students and alumni to connect with local, national and international employers and post- secondary institutions,” said Jennifer Browne, director, Career Development and Experiential Learning. “Whether someone is looking for summer, part-time, full-time employment or further educational opportunities, the exhibitors attending will provide such opportunities for all disciplines of study. This is a once-a-year event and the exhibitors would like to connect with as many students and graduates as possible.”
Admission to the Career and Graduate School Fair is free. Students and alumni are reminded they’ll be required to show their student ID card at the door.
