Minister of Canadian Heritage, Liza Frulla, will attend a news conference at Memorial University’s School of Music on Friday, Oct. 1, 2004, starting at 9:15 a.m. The news conference will take place in the D. F. Cook Recital Hall, located in the M.O.Morgan Building.
Memorial President Dr. Axel Meisen and Dr. Tom Gordon, director of Memorial’s School of Music, will also be participating in this event. Ms. Frulla’s visit to the campus coincides with International Music Day and with the annual general meeting of the Canadian Association of Fine Arts Deans, which is being hosted by Memorial this year.
