Conference and Event Services at Memorial University offers a unique setting for your upcoming wedding with packages available at the Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre and the Johnson Geo Centre. With a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, options for ceremonies and receptions, and on-site catering, our staff is dedicated to making sure that your day is as special as you’ve always pictured it.
Under the Planets Package
Our Reception Hall offers an experience that is out of this world. Have your reception under the planets in a space that includes a dance floor and much more.
This package includes:

The Rock Package
Our Outdoor Classroom is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding ceremony. The outdoor event space has been cut from an ancient riverbed and creates a natural windbreak to keep guests sheltered from the elements. Hold your reception in the outdoor space or more inside to the Reception Hall.
This package includes:
- Outdoor Classroom for 4 hours
- Celestial Gallery as indoor ceremony backup
- Reception Hall from 5 p.m. - 2 a.m.

Harbour View Package
Say your vows in front of large windows that display a spectacular view of downtown St. John's and its harbour at the Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre. After your ceremony, see a different side of Signal Hill with your reception in the Johnson Geo Centre Reception Hall.

Harbour View I Do
Looking for somewhere to hold your ceremony? Why not have it in front of an incredible view of downtown St. John's and its harbour at the Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre.
This package includes:

- One hour rehearsal
- Chairs
- Parking

Catering
On site catering is provided by our exclusive food vendor, Red Oak. They offer a fantastic menu and services that are second-to-none in the St. John’s area. Questions or concerns regarding food and beverage services can be answered by contacting them directly at redoak@mun.ca.
