Facilities Management provides a number of maintenance services to university departments free of charge. To request service, contact the Work Control Centre at 709-864-7600 or through campus e-mail.

Basic maintenance services include:

• plumbing problems
• replacing light bulbs
• maintenance of doors/windows/walls/ceilings/floors (eg: doors sticking)
• routine cleaning needs
• heating/air-conditioning repairs
• repairs to classroom/lobby furniture or fixtures
• electrical problems such as outlets not working, breakers tripped, etc.
