Regular Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during summer months).
Outside of regular working hours, weekends, and holidays if the issue is not urgent, please call during regular working hours. If the issue is urgent, call 864-7600. You will reach staff at the utilities annex who will dispatch after-hours staff if required.

Facilities Management Work Control Centre will not accept student housing-related calls during regular working hours. Outside of regular working hours, weekends, and holidays refer to all urgent issues to your proctor or resident assistant. Otherwise, call 864-4382/4522 during regular working hours.
