MCAT Prep Grants

The Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) is a mandatory part of applying to many undergraduate medical programs, including Memorial University’s. The Indigenous Health Initiative offers financial support to undergraduate students preparing to sit the MCAT. Every year, up to five grants of $1,000 are available to assist with meeting the costs of preparing for this test.

Recipients may use the grant for any legitimate expense related to MCAT preparation, including the purchase of textbooks, registration in online programs, tutor fees or seminars.

Funding may also be available directly from your own community.
