Mher Mardoyan moved to Vancouver, BC, from Lebanon 13 years ago and now resides in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He holds an MBA in Management with a focus on HR and earned his HR certification from BCIT in 2018. Mher was recognized as "Recruiter of the Year" in 2017 for his outstanding work at PeopleReady Agency.
For the past 7 years, Mher has made a significant impact as a career coach, working with individuals across diverse industries to navigate the complexities of job searching in today’s competitive market. In addition to his career coaching practice, Mher is currently pursuing his Ph.D. program here at MUN and works as a Domestic Recruiter at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), where he continues to guide students and professionals in advancing their careers.
