Help Centre
The Department of Economics is pleased to operate the Economics Help Centre to support undergraduate students in their academic success.
Staffed by upper-year undergraduate and graduate students, the Economics Help Centre provides academic assistance in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you have questions about course material, need help understanding an assignment, or are looking for advice on how to study more effectively, our team is here to help.
The Economics Help Centre complements classroom learning with peer-to-peer support outside of lectures and tutorials. Students can visit during posted hours to ask questions, clarify concepts, or review material from introductory and intermediate economics courses. The goal is to help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding of core concepts, and succeed in their studies.
Why Visit?
- To ask questions about specific course topics or assignments
- To get help preparing for quizzes, tests, or exams
- To reinforce your understanding of lectures or readings
- To develop better study strategies for economics courses
- To connect with peers who have successfully completed the same courses
Where and When?
The Help Centre does not operate during the spring/summer. Please check back in the fall for posted times.
