Graduate student awarded an American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Travel Award

Congratulations to Emily Courage, an M.Sc. student under the supervision of Dr. Brown , who was awarded an American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Graduate/Postdoctoral Travel Award for her submitted abstract to the Experimental Biology 2015 conference in Boston, MA in early Spring.  Emily's submission, titled "The Association of Lipoprotein LIpase and Phosphatidylinositol 3-Kinase with Macrophage Lipid Accumulation", was also accepted for presentation at the conference.  The Award is extremely competitive, and they are given to presenters on the basis of their submitted abstracts.
