Duties

The WRC operates as a collective of women who play an active role in actualizing the centre’s mission and vision. Volunteers have the opportunity to learn many new skills and take [art in educational seminars/workshops. Volunteers learn about issues relating to women and social networks on campus and in the community. Volunteers provide information, resources, and referrals to students seeking service.
Requirements

Volunteers at the WRC must be non-judgemental, openminded, and respectful of others. WRC volunteers celebrate and uphold diversity and support women in their reproductive choices. In addition, the WRC is a gay, bisexual, lesbian, transgendered, friendly space.

Information

WRC volunteers must attend the WRC volunteer training program. This training takes place during the first month of the fall semester.
