| Volunteer Duties |
The WRC operates as a collective of women who play an active role in actualizing the centre’s mission and vision. Volunteers have the opportunity to learn many new skills and take [art in educational seminars/workshops. Volunteers learn about issues relating to women and social networks on campus and in the community. Volunteers provide information, resources, and referrals to students seeking service. |
| Requirements |
Volunteers at the WRC must be non-judgemental, openminded, and respectful of others. WRC volunteers celebrate and uphold diversity and support women in their reproductive choices. In addition, the WRC is a gay, bisexual, lesbian, transgendered, friendly space. |
| Additional Information |
WRC volunteers must attend the WRC volunteer training program. This training takes place during the first month of the fall semester. |
