Meet Memorial students and inform them about opportunities within your organization. Career Development and Experiential Learning can assist you in organizing and promoting your on-campus session at no cost.
We require a minimum of five business days notice to plan an information session and to give the session proper marketing.
We require that all employers have the details of their session solidified before requesting a session. These details would include:
- AV requirements
- Target audience (faculty, department, etc...)
- Expected attendance
Effort will be made to accommodate first preferences, however due to high volume of session requests and room availability, changes may be required.
Changes to confirmed information sessions cannot be made five business days before the scheduled date of the information session. Cancellations must be made one business day before the information session.
If Memorial University is unexpectedly shut down (due to weather, etc..) the employer will be notified of the shut down by the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator. Food orders will be automatically cancelled.
