Shipping

Materials being shipped can be received no earlier than September 14, 2012 as we have limited storage space.
Please be sure to ship ALL materials to one of the two addresses listed below (please note shipping dates) as the Department of Career Development & Experiential Learning can not promise you its safety if shipped anywhere else on campus.

Close of Fair

At the closing of the Fair, all exhibitors must take with them their displays and/or marketing materials or have arrangements made to have them picked up by courier. Given the growing nature of our Fair, we do not have the space to store the materials nor the manpower to transport them back to our working location. We would appreciate your co-operation with this matter.
The Department of Career Development & Experiential Learning of Memorial University ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen goods left in our possession prior to and after the Fair even with all materials and booths being held in a secure location.

Cancellations

Refunds regarding cancellations:

Prior to September 1 – FULL REFUND
From September 1 to September 12 – 50% REFUND
From September 13 to September 26 – NO REFUND
Ad cancellations for Career Fair Guide have to be made no later than September 1 otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the ad.
In the event Memorial University cancels the Career and Graduate School Fair due to unforseen circumstances ONLY the following will be refunded: Basic and Sponsorship Packages(if applicable), additional lunch passes and ads for the Career Fair Guide.

Career Fair Weather Cancellation Policy

Neither a refund nor a compensatory registration at an upcoming Fair will be issued if the Fair is in operation as scheduled and an exhibitor is unable to attend due to adverse weather conditions in an exhibitor’s geographical region of origin or the region in which the Fair is taking place.

Parking

There is one parking permit per exhibitor (if requested) and there will be no extras handed out on the day of the event.
Even with a parking permit, there is no guarantee that there will be a space available.
We strongly encourage you to take a taxi or carpool to the event. This will help alleviate some of the stresses you may encounter around finding a parking space.
