Research Day Awards

The Resident Research Awards are presented annually at the Pediatrics Resident Research Day, held each winter, and recognize excellence in resident scholarly activity. Junior residents present their research proposals, while senior residents present their completed research projects.

Presentations are evaluated by a panel of judges, with first- and second-place awards granted in each category. The recipient of the Senior Resident Award for completed research is selected to represent the program at the National Resident Research Day during the Annual Canadian Pediatric Society Conference.

These awards highlight the importance of resident-led research and recognize meaningful contributions to advancing pediatric knowledge and improving the care of children and youth.
