Tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 22, the university-wide Health Challenge is on. This year, the Wonderbolt Circus will perform. The spirit of the circus will get everyones energy flowing at the Field House from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. In 2012 the Memorial University community walked a total of 4,796 laps around the Field House track and shattered the 2011 record. Lets do it again this year!
With its 50th anniversary is just around the corner, MI is celebrating tomorrow by creating a time capsule to be buried on campus in 2014. There is nothing that creates a link with the past quite like an item you can hold in your hands, knowing that the last time somebody held it was 50 or a 100 years ago.
Youre invited to place an item in our time capsule. Bring your item to the barbecue lunch from 12-2 p.m. and place it in our time capsule with your name, hometown and program name.
