Media representatives are invited to attend a special ceremony celebrating the graduation of Solace Power from the Genesis Centre on Wednesday, June 19, starting at 3 p.m. in Innovation Hall, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation, Memorial University’s St. John’s campus.
Solace Power was founded in 2008 to commercialize its wireless power technology, which enables a wearable, wireless power system with a single rechargeable battery. The company graduates from the Genesis Centre having received significant private investment and having attracted an experienced business leader to the management team.
The Genesis Centre is Memorial’s business support network for technology-based ventures that have high growth potential and are seeking business guidance and capital.
