SUBJECT: Global Maritime Vryhof donation to enhance marine simulation learning

Leopoldo Bello, GM Vryhof, and Capt. Christopher Hearn, director, Centre for Marine Simulation, Marine Institute, will attend the Atlantic Canada Petroleum Show on Wednesday, June 22, at 1 p.m. to announce details of a donation of learning tools for anchor handling training.

Global Maritime Vryhof is the world’s leading developer and supplier of offshore anchoring technology.

The announcement will take place in booth No. 1308 at Mile One Centre, St. John’s, where the institute’s Centre for Marine Simulation and Offshore Safety and Survival Centre will showcase education and applied research capabilities for the offshore and maritime industries and the latest innovations in simulation technologies.
