Memorial University will officially open its new genetics research facility Friday, May 1, at 10 a.m. in room 1M102 of the new Medical Education Centre, adjacent to the Health Sciences Centre.
This collaborative health-care initiative involves federal and provincial government partners. The new facility will provide resources, technology and collaborative opportunities that will strengthen and advance genetic research discoveries in Newfoundland and Labrador.
