On Sunday, Nov. 22, there will be a screening of two one-act operas.
Pagliacci by Ruggiero Leoncavallo is one of the most popular tragic operas. This production is from the Metropolitan Opera, and stars Luciano Pavarotti, Teresa Stratas and Juan Pons.
Gianni Schicchi by Giacomo Puccini is a fast-paced comedy and includes the famous aria O mio babbino caro. The production being shown, which is from the Glynbourne, features Alessandro Corbelli in the title role.
