SUBJECT: PSA: International Student Awards to take place at Memorial University on Saturday

The Memorial University International Student Resource Centre will hold its inaugural International Student Awards on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 6 p.m. in the main auditorium at the Health Sciences Centre. A reception will follow.
The award ceremony is part of the revamped International Student Resource Centre’s outreach efforts. Up until February of this year, the centre’s doors had been closed for two years to students who come from all corners of the globe to study at Memorial.
Students from countries from around the world will be honoured with awards such as Student of the Year, Academic Excellence, Exceptional Volunteerism, a “Sunshine” award and a People’s Choice Award, which will be carried out via an electronic web vote.
Media agencies are invited to send representatives.
