The Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University will reward students for their academic excellence during its Annual Spring Scholarship Ceremony on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at 12 p.m. at the Marine Institute.
In total, 25 scholarships will be handed out to deserving students.
Glenn Blackwood, executive director of the Marine Institute will be on hand to honor students and celebrate their academic achievements.
A reception will take place after the ceremony.
Media agencies are encouraged to send representatives to this event.
