SUBJECT: PSA: The Mumbai Memorial Celebration of Hope and Peace

The Indian Youth Association at Memorial University is holding a special event next week.
The Mumbai Memorial Celebration of Hope and Peace is in response to the tragic events in Mumbai on Nov. 26, 2008. The ceremony will take place Saturday, Jan. 24, from 2-3 p.m., in the Inco Innovation Centre, room IIC-2001.
Guest speakers will include Dr. Mahmoud Haddara, Arnold Bennett, and David Newman. They will reflect on understanding, social justice, and the pursuit of peace.
Refreshments will be served. Parking is available in area 16.
In memoriam, attendees are encouraged to please wear white.
All are welcome to attend.
