SUBJECT: PSA: Gigantic book sale set to raise money for Memorial scholarships

More than 20,000 books will be sold at reasonable prices later this week, helping raise money for scholarships for students at Memorial University.
The St. John’s Club of the Canadian Federation of University Women is holding its annual book sale on Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, at the St. John’s Arts and Culture Centre.
Proceeds will ensure the club continues a longstanding tradition of providing funding for a series of scholarships to Memorial, as well as conduct other educational projects for the 2010-11 year.
The sale runs Friday, April 24, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the Arts and Culture Centre, and again from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday, April 25.
