SUBJECT: PSA: Debate on predicting preterm birth

There will be scientific forum featuring a debate on preterm birth on Oct. 1 from 4-7:30 p.m. in room 2908, School of Nursing, Health Sciences Centre.
Sponsored by the Institute of Human Development, Child and Youth Health, Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the debate features four panelists. Dr. Daniel MacPhee, Biomedical Sciences, and Dr. Joan Crane, Obstetrics and Gynecology, will argue in favour of predicting preterm birth. Maureen Heaman, Nursing (Manitoba) and Dr. K.S. Joseph, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dalhousie University, will argue against predicting preterm birth.
