Dr. Sherry Mantyka, director of the Mathematics Learning Centre has been helping students struggling in mathematics for over 17 years at Memorial. She's put what she's learned in a book of strategies to help students, parents and teachers. A launch of The Math Plague: How to Survive School Mathematics will be held on Monday, Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m. in Memorial’s Mathematics Learning Centre in Coughlan College on Memorial’s St. John’s campus. All are welcome to come meet and talk with the author.
