SUBJECT: MUN Med Run for the Janeway takes place this Sunday
DATE: May 31, 2006
The MUN Med Run for the Janeway takes place Sunday, June 4, around Quidi Vidi Lake. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the top of the lake at the Running Room tent. This four-hour kilometre run is being held by Memorial University's medical students to raise money for the Janeway Children's Hospital. Runners can pay an entry fee of $2 or contact the organizing committee for a pledge form at janewayrun@munmed.ca. Individual participants or teams are welcome to take part in this run. The team that raises the most money will win a prize and there will be other prizes plus health treats for all runners at the end of the course.
