Have you ever wondered what Husky Energy has in store for the east coast? Husky Energy is one of the largest acreage holders offshore Newfoundland with Terra Nova currently in production, White Rose under development and more than one million acres of exploration lands. First oil is expected from White Rose in the next year and the benefits for Newfoundlandand Labradorare expected to be tremendous. Join Ruud Zoon, general manager, East Coast Development, as he talks about how important the east coast is to Husky Energy and what the plan is for the future of offshore oil and gas beyond White Rose.

The event, hosted by the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University and the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador, will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2005, at 7:30 p.m., in the S.J. Carew Building lecture theatre, room EN-2006, on Memorial’s St. John’s campus. Admission is free. Parking is available in Lot16. All are welcome. Reception will follow.
