On Nov. 7, 2023, the Office of the Vice-Provost, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism (EDI-AR) shared a request for expressions of interest for participation on two working groups: Logistics Working Group and Call For Submissions Working Group.

Depending on their role, expected volunteer responsibilities include attending meetings, reviewing calls for submissions, arranging sponsorships, selling tickets, finalizing conference details, oveseeing logistics and sales, managing partnerships and promoting events. The expected total time committment is approximately 50 hours.
