Heather Spicer is the Executive Coordinator for the Let’s Talk Science outreach program at MUN. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Environmental Science from Memorial University’s Grenfell campus, and she is working towards completing her Masters in Boreal Ecosystems and Agricultural Sciences over the next couple of years.

Let’s Talk Science is an award-winning, charitable organization that provides interactive STEM programming to children and youth across Canada. Since 2014, Heather has been an active volunteer with Let’s Talk Science participating in a number of activities including classroom visits, on-campus events, and booths in the local community. She enjoys working with children and youth and making them excited about science. Heather hopes that one day she might inspire a future scientist by doing the work that she does!
