I just completed a SWASP - How/where/when do I get my voucher??
Tuition Vouchers are held in a "special operating account" within Financial Services. They are not deposited in your personal account. When you next register, your student number "triggers" this account and your voucher is automatically transferred to pay your tuition. If you owe more than your voucher covers, be sure to pay the difference to avoid a late charge. Please note that the transfer usually does not occur until the last day to drop courses. If your tuition does not use the full amount from your voucher, the remaining will be kept in the "special operating account" for future use. You have two years to use your voucher.
