Location:

South of Prince Philip Drive, corner of Westerland Road and Irwin's Road.

Parking:

Area 4 (2 w/c spaces), Area 18 (2 w/c spaces), meter parking on Irwin's Road.

Study areas:

None.

Outside entrance:

Main (northwest) entrance has a moderate ramp and automatic door opener; southwest entrance has a low ramp; the east, northeast, and southeast entrances are not accessible; access to Level 1 from parking Area 4 via steep ramp.

Proximity to lounges, refreshments:

Level 1: Roaster's coffee shop.  Level 2: lobby off main entrance (seating available).  Vending machines are available on levels 1 and 2.

Skywalk/tunnel access:

Mini-elevator from tunnel to Level 1, key available at the Blundon Centre.

Elevators:

Two elevators access all levels.

Washrooms:

Levels 1, 3, and 5: one women's accessible on each level. Levels 2 & 4: one men's accessible on each level.

Telephones:

Level 2: four at main entrance, one is lowered; two near Curriculum Materials Centre (no access features).

Lecture, classroom areas:

Most are accessible.  Last row of E-1014 is accessible; the teaching area is not accessible.  Access at the front of E-2018A & B.  Chair lift on Level 3 leads to E-3034A & B (no key required; assistance may be needed to fold up the lift's platform after use).  E-3034A & B are accessible at the front only.  E-1020 is accessible at the back only; teaching area is not accessible.

Remarks, Hints:

The School of Continuing Education distance education program is located in E-2000.  Classroom Support Services is located in E-1032.  Computer labs in E-5006 & 5007 are accessible.
